The Ramsey had everything we needed and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was good and the 24 hour pool and hot tub were really nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice, roomy and clean. I would definitely consider stayimg here again.

Check in was super efficient. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice and quiet. At breakfast, all the cups at the juice machine are individually wrapped, so each person has to fiddle around unwrapping it before they can get their juice. This makes a line of people pretty much the whole time, which is not at all necessary if the hotel would just provide a stack of unwrapped cups.

There were puddles of standing water in the floor. The toilets would not flush properly. There were also dirty towels hanging in the closet from the previous guests. The hotel manager was made aware but did not offer to switch us rooms or a refund. This hotel is unsafe.

Room was too close to the housekeeping room in the hall. Staff woke us up every morning with their loud conversations and slamming doors in the hallway. Also the delivery dock door was underneath our room. Every morning the trucks were very loud and beeping while backing up. Never stayed in a room with so much noise in the early am.

Upon arrival everything was nice. The lobby was very inviting. Our room appeared clean however when we decided to turn on the fireplace we discovered it did not work. The mini bottles of toiletries were used and not full. The faucet to the in room jacuzzi was loose.Called front desk and they said they had no one to fix eithe. The were not accommodating at all. They did not offer to move us to another room, just sorry. When we decided to go to the pool that looked very nice in the pictures online we noticed it looked dirty and had some kind of wooden bar that was in the process of being built. The hand rail going into the pool was dangerously loose, the hot tub was very low and very dirty and the jets did not work. The pool elevator was also dirty and smelled. When we asked for a later checkout we were informed it would be 25 dollars extra for every hour. No thanks. Around 9am housekeeping was very loud talking and playing music outside of our room. Apon checkout we informed the employee about our fireplace and he just said thanks for letting us know so we can see if we can fix it for our next guest. We paid over 300 for one night for a birthday getaway. I was so excited to stay at this hotel because of the online pictures portraying this hotel as luxurious. It was not. The website stated the hotel had a bar and restaurant. It was not open. That area was used for breakfast only. Overall I was very disappointed by my experience at this hotel and will not be staying here again.

The property portrays itself to be a bit more luxurious than it actually is but all in all it was a fantastic experience. The hotel looks much more modern online but in reality it feels a bit older with some modern upgrades thrown in. I'm aware that my review sounds slightly negative but I wholeheartedly recommend the Ramsey 100%. The staff were friendly and everything was very convenient from the check-in to the check-out. On a return visit I would certainly choose the Ramsey again.

The cleaning of rooms left much to be desired on my part. Bathroom wasnt clean as i like. Never left regular coffee just tea and decaf for keurig. Bed was hard and hurt both mine and my husbands backs. We left 2 days early because of kids running up and down hallways till 11 at night and very noisey.

Pool area was nice. Patio was nice. Other than that, I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you are traveling to come back to a comfortable place to sit after a long day out. All of the drink machines, on every floor, were out of order or out of stock. No other options available on site. Vending machine snacks. The bar was closed due to "family emergency". Completely understand that after the "kind night manager" at the front desk explained it to me.... but if you know that morning someone isn't going to be there, go ahead and make a sign to say, please fend for yourself this evening, we will be closed. I wouldn't make this remark if I hadn't of seen the signs ready to put out that morning at the front desk. For the amount of money we paid, overpriced and ill equipped.
