Overall a nice stay. We were there for 12 hours max. Just an overlay for a Softball Tournament. Could use new mattresses. But other than that, filled out need and at a great price!

Disappointing Stay

This was probably one of the more "interesting" stays we've experienced in all of our travels. Twice during our stay we witnessed the police present to arrest people at this property. They were removed in handcuffs. There was also either a drunk or drug addict laying on the floor in the hallway with his clothing laying all around him - this was on our floor. The only time we got fresh towels and our trash taken out is when we took care of that ourselves. The Wi-Fi is not adequate to do any work from this location - very slow. We left on April 29th around 3:00 pm and the location was unable to provide a refund for our unused time.

I got in late, around 10:00pm. The air conditioner was on and the room was colder than I would have preferred. I tried to adjust it but none of the buttons worked, including the off button. I was tired, so I showered and went to bed. The covers on the bed were good enough to keep me warm. But, the room temperature was still too cold the next morning. Even with a sweatshirt, the air temperature was too cold for me. I decided to leave at 6:00 am and begin my travel day early.

Great value

Perfect location for my visit to several Catholic shrines in the area. Close to restaurants. Breakfast was available and adequate. Manager was friendly and helpful. The room was great with fridge and microwave and comfy beds. Price was great!
