The room did not live up to the description. Soundproofing - NO. Could here the people in the next room, could hear the people on the street below even though we were on level 3, could hear the birds squawking. Block out blinds - NO there were massive gaps between the blinds that let the sun through. Cleaner had left a dirty old pink face washer on the bench Very poor considering the price of the room which did not include parking

Never stay here again!

The toilet was blocked, informed them they said I could move but it was 10pm. They said I could use the toilet in the lobby!! They said it would be fixed the next day, I came back after a days work and it was still blocked! Was moved to another room. When I asked for some kind of compensation for the inconvenience it was insinuated that I had blocked the toilet! The service team had taken a photo of the toilet paper that was left in bowl as the toilet was blocked & drained to leave only toilet paper! Why would you take a photo of the blockage and not fix it? Regardless of how it blocked it was blocked and unhygienic, so to take a photo and leave it blocked is just disgusting! All in all it was a bad experience & badly handled by all involved!
