This property is horrible .. phone number DOESNT WORK you cant get ahold of anyone i tried for 12 hours!.. i had a late check in flight was delayed and no one was in office, a lady staying in hotel said they do it all the time and leave guest stranded.. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was totally hot which wouldn’t be a problem, if we had working AC but we did not the entire 4 nights I stayed there! Not only that the TV did not work after using it one night which was terrible! The windows did not shut properly at all so it felt unsafe at night as the windows were just fimsly open at all times! The bathroom was gross with stains on the wall as well as a broken part of the shower wall, which is so crazy to even see! I would never go here again because its ridiculously NOT CLEAN, Things barely worked and i would never recommend it!!!

We have stayed with this property for multiple years in a row , the condition of the property has steadily declined. Our toilet seat was not screwed down , the floors were dirty and sticky , there was sand all over the couch , the shower didn’t drain and overflowed. This place needs to redone in the worst way , if it’s not done by next year I’m calling the authorities. To be honest I didn’t even want to bring the biddys back to this establishment.

This place was trash. I cant believe that expedia hasn't checked up on this hotel. They advertise on the beach. It is not on the beach. The bathroom was disgusting it had mold all in the shower and hair clippings in the shower. When i told the cleaning lady she responded by saying it was the tiles that were scratch. I almost passed out when she said that. I just documented everything with photos I was not going to mess my vacation up arguing about pubes. I will diputes this

The worst stay I've ever had. Room floor had muddy footprints. Blinds were almost fallong off and were coated with dirt and grease. No towels and when asked dor some they acted like we were asking for something they dont offer. Air conditioner didnt work ecause previously it had been plugged into an extension cord and it looks like it caught on fire! No hot water at bathroom sink. Rust all over bathroom and kitchen. Sink had food left in it with forks left so long they were stuck to sink. I rarely give bad reviews but had to take the time to save even ONE of you who read this! I've stayed in dives before but this was a dive that was super dirty. Please stay anywhere else! Expedia needs to remove them as an option.

If going by the price paid, it was good value. Most important is comfort of the bed and this was fine. It was certainly not the cleanest but could be worse. Toilet seat was broken. The location was amazing to walk to everything!

The photo listed is false advertisement!!! the rooms are discussing, toilet seat broken, shower curtain rod broken, mold on the bath tiles and floor. broken kitchen chairs, they will only give you one towel only to share with three people and only one Toilet Paper roll. Used blankets that were filthy and stained, a couch in the room that have gross stains all over the couch and foul smell in the room. The noise level at night was terrible and loud from the people that were having a party outside our room. Garbage everywhere on the property. This place should not be listed on your site. I would like to get a full refund on this. No one should stay there!!!! Falsely Advertisement!!!!

Good place and close to boardwalk and entertainment. Not so good with rooms I felt like I was at a crash pad somewhere in a ruff area. Inside needs attention it’s falling apart. Room is okay on what it offers but needs some TLC and good cleaning. Also short on supplies I had to go out and buy some. No one is in office on the weekend you to yourself.

We appreciated the air conditioner, the hot shower. The bedding appeared clean. We were early and the staff held onto our bags for us until our room was ready. Unfortunately, there was only one towel in the room there was a used washcloth and soap hanging in the shower. We were able to get an extra towel and washcloth. If the room was cleaned better, I could give it a better rating. It was dirty in the corners, walls, and nothing appeared to have been wiped down in awhile. The dresser drawers looked like they had not been cleaned and there were coins and something sticky in one of the night stand drawers. The chairs were dirty and stained. One of the windows only had a sheer curtain on it and the light from outside that shined in the entire night. One of the screens was bent. There was a coffee maker but no coffee or filters. It wouldn't take much to clean the room up a bit and get some blinds or a heavier curtain for the window. There was some trash outside of our room that just remained there. It could be a decent little motel if it was cared for better.

The place was not clean, no toilet paper holder, no electrical outlet in the bathroom, moldy shower head, bathroom sink faucet barely attached, the pictures of the property showed a stove, there was none. A/C had no control to turn it up or down or off so it had to be unplugged if it got to cold in the room. Television remote did not operate the tv, paint was hanging off the ceiling, had a strong offensive odor, had to ask for towels, there were old used towels, bar soap and old shampoo left in shower. I had to go to the store to buy Lysol wipes and spray bleach so I could feel half-way safe using the shower and kitchen table, so noisy that sleeping was a problem! There was nothing else available in the area so I had no choice but to stay. They should tear this place down and start over! The price was way too high for this place!

Decent motel in a very convenient area. The beach is only a minute walk from the room, but since the motel faces the road, it can get a little noisy. Our first room was not as nice because the windows did not close making it cold at night, the toilet seat was broken, and some electronics did not work. We were given a different room which was much better, but obviously not a 5 star room. I left my bathing suit to dry on the line outside, and it was stolen; so hopefully whoever reads this is warned and to be careful with your belongings. The front desk closes at 6 for the day, luckily we made it right before so make sure you don’t miss it. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, and the front desk lady Jennifer was helpful with our problems.
