The villa is located in a quiet residence with a communal swimming pool, on the heights of Saint-Pierre-La-Mer.
Ideal for 4 people, it has a large garden with uninterrupted views of the sea and the Massif de la Clape.
On the ground floor: a lounge-kitchen area with sofa (bed for one person), TV (German channels), 2 armchairs, a German bench seat, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, 4-burner ceramic hob) and WC.
There are also two bedrooms with double beds (2x80x200) and a shower room with washing machine.

The Mas de Périmont residence with its swimming pool is located on the heights of Saint-Pierre-La-Mer on the edge of the garrigue; some of the pavilions have a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding countryside.
