Pictures on Website do not reflect what the room was. The carpet had large stains all over it; and was sticky. I had to lay towels down from my bed to the bathroom. When i checked in at 10:30pm the weather was below freezing; my room window was wide open and smelled aweful. I stunk everytime i left the room it was so bad. The TV did not work. The heat control knobs were completly broken and difficult to control. Holes and scuffs in walls, missing trim pieces, several large cracks across entire length of ceiling, stains on the walls, missing drain plugs, non working outlets, etc. Bed was uncomfortable. My room obviously has not been updated or maintained in a long time. The room didnt seem very clean prior to my stay.

Not sure where the representative picture came from or the recent 10/10 reviews, this was not our experience. We didn't need a Hilton, just looking for a comfortable bed for a quick overnight but walked into a tired, dated room with worn out furniture, dozens of cigarette burns in the carpet, broken sink and shower faucet handles and poorly done wall repair. The room appeared surface clean but still smelled of old smoke and chemicals. Not a comfortable sleep. The only positives - lots of security cameras ( if they work); shower came out like a firehose and the towels were newer. This place feels more like short term transient housing; definitely not a redone Mom&Pop motel. Not staying here again.

It is very apparent that No updates have been made in decades. All fixtures, furniture and linens are in very poor shape. En the sink that was cracked in two places was not replaced. The room had a terrible, old smell that they tried to cover up with something even worse. When we got there the window was open to try to air it out. We waited quite a while to get the frint desk to come check us in. I would never stay here ever again and I would never recommend this room to anyone. I would almost rather even sleep in my car at the rest stop!

The staff was great and really helped out when needed! My room this time was FAR better than the last time I stayed there, and I stay there whenever I am up in the Arlington, WA area for work, which is fairly often. The only little 'snafu' was that the wall heater could only be sent on high and high fan speed, so I had to keep turning it on and off as needed. A very minor issue overall. Thanks so much, and keep up the good work!
