The Country Shot Down due to Eowyn Storm. Our plane couldn’t land and did a u-Turn. They also shot down the airport. All our booking they refunded us due to the exceptional circumstances. Guess what? Not this hotel they don’t care. No refund no modification. Not to talk about the staff on the phone they didn’t have any compassion! Very very disappointed. Please see attached picture with their answer. They answer pretty fast but no solutions maybe adapt like others to accommodate travellers. Even if they had amber alert and they ask the population to stay inside because is too dangerous, for them isn’t enough is a last minute cancellation.

Check in was easy so was checkout. The room has an adjustable bed so you can sit up to watch the tv. The hotel is a good walk from either the bus or rail staion. This didnt bother us. The actual loo part of the bathroom is very small. If you sit down your head hits the door. Apart from that the hotel was very nice. Even the bar area and the drink was in par for price as other places plus you can get free tea and coffee. As for the breakfast it was a bit of good and bad. Sorry but the bacon hash browns and potato scones were almost uneatable. We would stay again but go elsewhere for breakfast

This hotel is a great location for anyone visiting the capital. Easily walkable to all areas of interest. If you’re looking for a hotel where you get no interaction from staff then this is your place. Unfortunately I had hoped to be able to discuss an upgrade of room however was shown to the ‘mission control’ area for self check in. The room was clean however the ‘king size’ bed did start separating in the middle which was disappointing as clearly it’s 2 smaller beds placed together. Again so one available in the property to discuss this with.

Christmas Vacation

Yotel is at a good walking location to restaurants, shopping, train station, Johnie Walker and Christmas Market if you are visiting that time of year. Rooms are very small didn't have much space to open my suitcase, basically a bed, TV on the wall and shower. Room did have a mini fridge. Front desk employees were very welcoming & helpful. Hotel did provide 24hrs free coffee & tea in the bar area.
