This hotel offered excellent amenities and a convenient location near the city center of Glasgow. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. In addition, the surrounding area is filled with fantastic restaurants, giving plenty of great options just steps away. For comfort, service, and easy access to everything the city has to offer, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our family stayed at The Apex City Hotel upon our arrival in Scotland. From start to finish our stay in Glasgow was seamless. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable for a family of four. This location was absolutely perfect for what we wanted to do. Many places to visit on foot and many options for transit. We highly recommend this hotel when visiting Glasgow!

The room was exactly as shown on the website. The shower was great. I had a studio suite. It was big enough for me (solo traveller). I stayed 6 nights. I had requested a fan and they provided me with one. The one thing that was lacking in the room, was that there is no microwave oven. So i had to eat out. Couldn't reheat any food. Overall my stay was very satisfactory. I didn't try their breakfast, I ate out But they provided coffee,tea and milk.

A bit rubbish

The hotel was OK, but only just OK. We had quite a few problems during our stay. Our room was missing towels when we arrived, then wasn’t restocked properly during cleaning. We ran out of toilet roll because it wasn’t replaced, we ran out of tea and coffee supplies because they weren’t restocked either, and we had more missing towels after cleaning and awful pillows the whole time. There was poor communication at check-in, which led to us missing breakfast one morning and the bar didn’t have even the basics when we tried to have a drink one evening. Some staff tried hard to put things right, but overall the hotel felt down-at-heel and disappointing.

Had paid for a night away for my wife and daughter as they love this hotel and we’ve all stayed many times however this time they had a room on the fifth floor that was quite small and very tired looking chairs were worn and could’ve done with a lick of paint which isn’t the standard we’ve had before at the apex
