Staffs were very approachable. Very nice to stay since they offer 3 adults in a single room. But, the walls were thin since we could hear the neighbours. Furthermore, we left our luggage in the hotel for free when we checked out. But what I dont like was when we claim our luggage, they did not check the claim stab and they just let us in and get our own bags which is quite not safe.if thats there way of claiming the bags, we would lost our bags anytime.

The hotel is central to everything. Great for sightseeing, shopping and eating out. Sofa isn’t for adults - really poor spring mattress. Room felt pretty cold and there was mould in bathroom. Nonetheless, the breakfast was fantastic and staff very helpful and friendly

The hotel was very good, all the staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast selection was amazing, never short of food and unlimited teas and coffees was welcome. It was very clean and tidy. It wasn't just the building that made the hotel special but all the staff, a very pleasant stay.

Bang in the middle of town next to the bus station and not too far away from the railway station. The airport shuttle and the tram stop (Picardi place) from the airport are very close.
