Staff at reception & during breakfast were helpful but my room was not cleaned properly. Tea bags weren't replaced, cups weren't cleaned. The thermostat didn't work. The room smelt damp. Very disappointed. Will not recommend or stay again.

Room was tight but fine, comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were lovely Only getting 4 stars cause we were on ground floor with a few of a staff parking zone. Breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about but given how expensive everything is, it was a welcome benefit
