Romantic accommodation in East Bronx

I couldn’t say enough nice things about the staff. Everyone was super nice. The front desk, the cleaning ladies and the bell hop service. Super genuinely nice people. However, the hotel is a bit dated. Whoever did their staging pictures for social media did a good job….upon arrival, the elevators didn’t work…this happened off & on throughout our stay. We were staying on the 14th floor….night 2 & 3 our air didn’t work at all. Woke up to take a shower on day 2 and there was no water… if you’re renting a car beware of the charges for parking. It’s $65 a night for cars and $107 a night for a truck. They did offer to take off the vacility fee for all these troubles, (I think it was $130) which was nice. Would I stay here again? No.

Location. Really nice staff. Note: did not like lighting in room. No option for localized lighting. And gooseneck reading lamp was broken

The hotel was great. The staff was great. Parking sucked but that can be expected. The shower that you can see through from the bed was a little different. But all in all a great hotel with an amazing staff.

Excellent service from Ralph and team. My mother in law had health issues during our stay and they were available to support us out whenever we came asking for help. We cannot thank them enough for this.
