The bed was awful. The hot tub was so small. I went all the way to the Bronx for this hot tub and it was nothing like the photos. The bed was springy and I couldn’t even sleep.

I didn't have a choice, my flight was delayed, get there late in the rain upsets with the room. the next day I had to leave. no drawers to put clothes rug on the floor wasn't cleaned it's not what i expected. I need my refund back I have a checked out letter from your front office 🏬 saying I only stayed one knight
