Jocelyn was so helpful absolutely loved her. The stay was comfy I went out came back to a comfy bed and knocked out. I did end up missing breakfast but it was offered upon my arrival.

Everything about this place is just “adequate”. They do/provide the bare minimum in every aspect of hospitality. The staff does what they’re supposed to. The room was clean. The breakfast option was super cheap. My Hyatt breakfast was far superior. Plus, they (Hyatt) didn’t have someone supervising one dish (waffle maker). This chain itself is one step above a motel.

Stayed in the suite loved the heart shaped tub and the bed was comfy all in all for a hotel in the Bronx really clean and provides lots of room amenities. Never left my room so I don't know about downstairs but I saw a mart. The manager on site Raj was nice on checking in and clearing up my questions and the payment process.

All was great and would have given 5 starts but the rooms close to the lobby - the staff forgets that the rooms / the guest are so close and they tend to talk very very loud during the morning hours like 4,5 6 am!!! Plus the musical being played out front / parking lot being my room faced the parking 1st I can hear the music throughout the night!!
