Family accommodation in Downtown Victoria

Very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Dinner was fresh cooked and tast.

There is a huge koi pond we had to cross to get to the ellevators, it was beautiful, the koi were huge and just peacefully swimming around, they didn't even care we were walking over them at all, it was just amazing!

The room was pleasant and clean, nothing special but fine for the price. There was a small balcony on the room but the sliding access door was noisy and difficult to use. We enjoyed the convenient walking access to downtown Victoria. One of the hotel clerks we dealt with was pleasant and accommodating, the other not so much. Parking was OK, a little challenging for a full-size crew cab pickup but manageable. I would stay there again on my next trip to Victoria.

Our stay was good. My kids like the room with the kitchen. My only concern is the Valet parking, it should be in the building for easy access to the car whenever we need to get some items inside the vehicle. Our vehicle's roof was covered with bird poop for our 2 nights of stay in the hotel. But everything was good , it's just the valet parking.

It was a lovely room I would recommend a harbour facing room if possible which I was not able to get due to availability then
