Downtown Singapore luxury accommodation

This hotel is showing its age. The lifts are old, there is always a long wait for the lifts, many people frustrated at busy times. The room is fine. Hotel location is excellent. The swimming pool is nice when quiet, it's small. The pool bar is the sadest place I've ever seen, and never attended, it would be better to close it.

Clean room and ac is good, staff are friendly

Breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious.

The inside of the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was plenty of options and delicious 😋

The room we were in was not what was advertised or sold to us. Met with the manager who blamed Expedia. The receptionist that checked us in advised that they sell 2-bedroom suites but in fact only have connecting rooms. If we knew this, we wouldn't have stayed there. No compensation was offered for simply getting connecting rooms. Very disappointed in both what we received and the approach from the duty manager.
