This property is located near many shopping and eating districts. The lower level food hall is great. But keep in mind of its hours. I gave this hotel 2 stars because we asked for an early check-in, however the AC was NOT working in our room, we called downstairs and they sent maintenance. The maintenance reset the AC unit and told us it will cool down. We left to get food and came back, IT NEVER COOLED! They offered to move our room at 10pm! And still charged us an early check-in fee of $119 WHICH WAS RIDICULOUS!!!! We didn’t even use the room! They claimed “because we went into the room they had to justify the early check-in charge” I DO NOT recommend this hotel and their “FEES”

We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on food. Loved the location, with close access to 3 MRT stations, shops, cafes, restaurants in Chinatown. Only criticism would be the room size is small, and no wardrobe for storage.

The room was updated and modern. Electrical outlets conveniently next to bed were designed to accept any plug, so no plug adaptor needed. Gorgeous city view with floor-to-ceiling window.

Front desk, excellent service,the Bellman that takes your luggage to your room was great service. They even had a greeter at the elevator, helping you to get into the elevator, quick response and bringing luggage down from the room when you’re checking out note that your hotel key stops working at checkout time 11 AM hotels close to shopping and food within two minute walking distance, medical clinic and medicine pharmacy are all within five minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, but quad room very very small for 2 teens and 2 adults, bathroom was the smallest Ive seen in a family room. Location was great so we were out most of the day. Close to hawker center Lau Pa Sat which open late. Also near MTR which was handy. Breakfast was not worth the price. Service was good overall i would not recommend for family with teenage kids.

Rooms are too small and especially shower. Bathroom makes no sense with washbasin outside and the entire layout of the room means you are squeezing past the other person if you are sharing since the end of the bed and the wall has a small gap. Definitely would not be suitable for anybody with disabilities! Breakfast included was mediocre. Best thing about this hotel is the location.

The staff was amazing, I asked if they could help make the trip special for my daughter’s birthday and they decorated the room with balloons, wrote happy birthday on the window, and left her some local snacks. She was thrilled! They went above and beyond. In addition it was at a great location, a great pool, and quickly let us have a late check out when our travel plans changed.
