Downtown Niagara Falls hotels with parking

The rooms are outdated. The bathroom was awful. There was old blood on the lamp shade. The mattresses had stains. Half the television channels didn’t work. Staff were pleasant.

The stay was average. It had a lot of choice of food. It was very pricey for even the lower price options. The lobby smelled like smoke because smoking was allowed in parts of the hotel. That was not a pleasant smell. The hotel room was clean, the bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I would expect from a resort. There was no breakfast included with the stay. There was no map of the place to know where the restaurants and pool areas were or instructions on how to use the elevator. You needed to use your room key to scan in the elevator to get to the room floor. This was a first for us. We figured it out but it would have nice when we checked in if they asked it we needed help with any of that stuff.

Breakfast was amazing! Staff all great

Room with two beds one bed had alot of hair on fitted sheet ,breakfast bar was basically nonexistent until the weekend

The rooms were a little outdated for the cost per night. Other than that is was ok
