Staff were great, sleeping areas were cleaned well though the toilet seat had dried blood on the side when we arrived at the hotel.
Location is about as good as it gets for travelling with small children, leave the front door and you see Big Ben, then walk north a block and you can see the London Eye!
The pool is a great way to unwind after a day of walking around London, and the fitness centre is better than many hotels I’ve visited in the past.
