Only complaint is at check in, is that my code did not work and it seemed like other people arriving as well had the same issue. The lady who was there helped me get a back up code to use. The stay over was excellent. Location is good for walking

The property and my room were very nice. I loved the big windows, which allowed natural light come in. It was big, spacious, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion is if somehow the windows can be where I can see outside but the people on the outside cannot see inside. I was a bit shocked to see that everyone can see what’s going on inside from the outside. But overall this place was lovely.

The property was clean and up to date. The communication from the property with instructions on how to access upon arrival were nonexistent and there is nobody on site. We had to download an app and message someone when the code to the front door and our room didn’t work. There were no instructions given prior to arrival on parking or any codes. The fire alarm went off on our last night for hours! Everyone in the building had to exit the building and nobody ever did tell us it was okay to go back in, we just did.

We spent a long weekend in Denver and this spot was perfecr for us. Beds are comfy and we had everything we needed. I will definitely be staying with Sonders again. The pool and hot tub were a plus.

We enjoyed our stay here during our visit in Denver from Texas! The rooms are spacious, lots of closet space and we were able to walk plenty of places for dining or short Uber rides to anything outside of the area! Would have given a 5 star rating if not for two things, first we were just a little bummed that it was not known you had to bring your own ping pong equipment for the courtyard tables although we did enjoy the cornhole a lot as well! Secondly, our master bathroom shower had a very icky smell, maybe the drain idk but we didn’t use that shower only the other bathroom shower. Everything looked very clean throughout the place so maybe it’s the drain or something but it did not smell good. Overall was a great stay & we would definitely go back! Thank you!

Honestly this was a great place. What I would tell the next person; parking is hard to find, walk around so you can figure out all the elevators, awsome spot tho basically in the middle of everything baseball, basketball and football. I would go again. 5star

Property was clean, spacious, and in a safe area. The difficulty was figuring out the parking code, and where to enter parking ramp. Also, everything is supposed to be done with the app, but the app is not great. It was difficult to get wifi password, and check out procedures.

I can't say enough good things about Sonder, especially because I would expect to pay 2-3x as much. The 1BR unit was more space than I needed, but great to have. The bed and pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud. I wish I had more time to enjoy the hammock on the 4th floor. The fitness center had a great view and state of the art equipment. I was so tickled with the perks, I didn't mind parking on the street a couple blocks away or the elevator stopping on 2L instead of 2, which meant carrying my suitcase up 5-6 steps.
