Just what we needed

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable getaway spot!

Renter Beware

When I chose to rent this property, I was so excited to stay in the beautiful home that was pictured online. I had read one review that wasn't great, but the rest were pretty good, so I figured the review was from the one person who always complains. Turns out, this home is misrepresented, hazardous, and smells as if animals live there. The pool we were so excited to sit by was filled with debris because there were holes in the lanai. My husband and son were so excited to fish off the canal dock that appears inviting and well maintained, but sadly the steps were unlevel, and breaking. Walking up to the overgrown landscaping, and then walking into the pungent house brought tears to my eyes as I thought about staying there with my family. Our family left immediately and told the homeowner it was misrepresented, but he refused to return our money. It was so bad, that my family risked not having a place to stay on our vacation. If you want a safe and happy family vacation - take this review seriously and don't be fooled by the pictures that imply that this home is bright, airy, and well maintained.

Clean and spacious

The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The outside (pool) area needs some attention. There is no hot tub as listing suggests, pool screening missing in several panels and grill was in pretty rough condition. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall it was a nice place in a good location.

Property is listed as no pets. Not true. Terrible dog smell on furniture and throughout the home. Contacted host, they sad pets are allowed. Listing when booked said no Pets. Housekeeping was terrible. Home was not clean at all. We did our own cleaning to compensate. For the price I paid for 28 days it was not worth the money we spent. Would NOT recomend this property!

Good location

The inside was just as advertised, but the pool area needed some update. Chairs who were shown on pictures were missing and the umbrella was completely broken. We found it difficult to use the oven and eat in the kitchen since there were no baking tray and not enough plates or utensils for one meal for the 8 of us.

The house was beautiful but needs some upkeep on the outside.

It was a nice area and very quite. Easy access to many things. I would not stay at that particular home again. I felt the hostess was very rude. We had a plumbing issue and there was rats on the roof.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood

This house was exactly as advertised and then some! We had plenty of room to spread out with the 3 young adults with us. Our son caught several fish off the dock. The pool was great! The owners answered quickly to all questions. We will be back!

Wedding at the hammocks

Loved this property, the layout and location. Everything was within about 10 min( grocery store, pool hall, Walmart) as well as hammock beach resort, where the event was taking place. Would definitely book again!

Great house, great location!

This house is beautiful, exactly as described and fit our family of 9 comfortably! We loved spending time by the pool and on the dock! The living room was great for all of us with the huge sofa! The neighborhood was so quiet at night and we enjoyed early morning walks through the peaceful streets! It was a short drive to the beach, restaurants, St Augustine and Daytona! I would definitely recommend this house for a relaxing getaway and we hope to be back again!

Palm Coast March Stay

Liked the house and the amenities. Large, spacious living room and big bedrooms. Looked like a few maintenance issues were still pending or needed. TV was Samsung + not cable. Limited live programs. Rained and was cooler during our early March stay so was unable to use pool. Would have been nice if heated. Hope to return next year same time frame.

I love this house so much that I want it for my own. We loved the layout, the furnishings, the beautiful décor and it just felt like home away from home. Beautiful house & amazing pool

We enjoyed every minute of our time! The house is beautiful, beds slept amazing, the pool was wonderful for just hanging out. We all needed a break from the go go go and I think having the pool gave us a reason to just stay an relax! The kids loved it and the adults even enjoyed a few hours floating too! The guys in our group booked a charter and we visited Kennedy Space Center while we vacationed as well. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us.
