The description states it's a condo. Place seems more like a run down motel. Could use some updates, repair cracking walls and peeling paint. Host was responsive to messages and let us check in early. Generally it was clean. For the price we paid I expected more. Close to beach and 18 min drive to Daytona Trace track. Next trip I will look elsewhere, due to the condition of the "condo" and the uncomfortable beds.
