Overall good. I had a comfortable stay. It’s not perfect but decent. Great staff, nice design, big room, good water pressure, good AC, good wifi. Bad:Breakfast was consistently over cooked. Some wear and tear with the furniture. Recommend having a motorbike to get around in Da nang in general.

Stayed here for 9 night's. Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff were friendly and very helpful. G9t sone great perks because we were staying for quiet a few nights. Gym was disappointing. Pool area is on the small side I think there could be more vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast and afternoon tea.

Fantastic experience staying as a Expedia VIP. Our room was upgraded with some added perks. Staff were friendly, the facilities were excellent, food was great and very convenient to walk down to the river for an evening walk. I doubt we would have received the same experience from a big chain hotel. Highly recommended.

Terrible hotel. The worst hotel we have stayed in Asia. Old rooms. Shower drainage and as clogged and never repaired Restaurant food was very limited. Staff at restaurant did not speak any English. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone
