Family accommodation in Country Club Plaza

Our granddaughter was a trauma patient at Children’s Mercy after a tragic accident This hotel is 4 minutes away. This allowed us to be close to the hospital while still getting some rest. It also allowed our son and daughter in law to go to the hospital for a shower and well needed rest. Front desk staff was very understanding and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Hubby said their eggs are the best he’s ever had at a hotel.

We stayed at this hotel because I got a good deal on the price and it had a hot tub! The pool and hot tub were in good condition and very enjoyable. The room was a typical size and layout for this type of hotel, but it was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. The breakfast was exceptional, and the outdoor landscaping added a peacefulness to the stay. One of my better hotel experiences!

Very clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Chair very comfortable. Good lighting. I gave a 4 on property condition only because the carpet needs repair in one spot, just needs replacing. Everything else was great. Probably my favorite hotel that we’ve stayed in lately. I rate it 4.9 stars 😁

Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous, which really enhanced the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated the modern touches and the attention to detail in the room setup—it made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-run place to stay in Kansas City.
