When I checked in the mirrors & the sink was very dirty and the toilet didn’t work so I went down there and told them the person that they sent up there to fix it went through my purse, didn’t take anything, but it’s the whole fact of like why would you touch my stuff so then they offered to move me to another room & the toilet still didn’t work. I asked them twice to help me. No one never came the Night Shift guy Darrell offered to help, but the manager in the morning was a complete rude fk I had to go downstairs and use the restroom and they told me that the best they could do was give me a $25 credit to use there right before it was time for me to check out. I had no time to even use it.

I paid for my stay and The Argosy Casino Riverside side The Hotel Managers Said I need A lot more money Than It What You Promised Me I Needed And The Website Site At The Casino Said The Penn Entertainment Said it Went Digital and I Was Told I Could Not Used Tap To Pay And Needed A Hard Credit Card To Stay For My Paid Reservation And So I Had To Sleep In The Cold Weather and Th Hotel Refused To Let Me Have My Money Back That I Paid For!!

The room was very nice, roomy and the bathroom was large! The bed was comfy and was very clean. The entire floor smelled like weed so strongly that it made the stay less enjoyable which was unfortunate.
