The room was as promised, and the bathroom was wonderful. However, have fun getting hot water from the bathroom sink. Shower was great. The only drawback is it was a Non-Smoking room, but boy did it smell of cigarettes. Alerted the front desk, was there a few days. When the weekend came the someone was smoking in the area as our room smelled again. Would stay again, but bring a room freshener with me.

Great place

Hotel was nice. I booked it and within minutes the room was ready for me. There’s plenty of space and big bathroom. Definitely will be staying again.

I never got to stay at this hotel. Even though you can choose to pay at the hotel, this hotel doesn't honor it. They began billing my card at 730am the day of my parties arrival. I called and told the hotel desk I choose to pay at the hotel and I'm already seeing charges on my card. It was a big mess.They billed my card four times before I arrived at the hotel. Just to clarify the card I used on Expedia was not the one I was going to use at the hotel.They said it was fine and I still had the room.When my party and I arrived at 730pm at the hotel to check in, they said Expedia had cancelled my room. I asked did they have any other rooms available . She said no they were fully booked. Expedia customer service got involved. They tried to help remedy the situation. Expedia said they don't cancel rooms. The customer has to cancel the rooms, and it shows in there system I still had a booking. The hotel staff began disconnecting the call, or transferring it to the voicemail of a supervisor. Needless to say I didn't get a room. Expedia gave me a credit for future trips. My card had almost 800 in charges. i won't choose this hotel next time in in the area.

The stay was fine. Front desk staff is very limited in information tho. Like which way is my room and they just point never giving out any guidance to your stay. Guessing they have enough regulars they dont care about new visitors. Other than that its a casino hotel. Appearance is great staff is not customer friendly.

I knew the casino allowed smoking on the floor but did not expect it to permeate the rest of the facility. If we were smokers it would have not mattered but as non-smokers it was a little much.

The hotel is not located close to anything. Far from everything. The lobby smells of smoke covered by a fragrance to make it less awful. But when you go up the elevators the smoke smell is strong. The third floor is the smoking floor, I was on the 9th floor and it smelt. The rooms are lovely but housekeeping could be more thorough. My shower had a hair ball from a prior guest- that was gross. And the tile floors were sticky in the entrance to our room. The shower floor felt slimy so that coupled with the hair ball definitely detracted from enjoying a large beautiful shower. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic

We had a wonderful stay! Glen the bartender at Hops was amazing, so friendly and helpful! The room was nice with a comfortable bed and a great shower. Would recommend this place and stay here next time we are in town.

Incredibly disappointed for the price. No extra pillows, room stinks of weed in a “non smoking” room. Staff isn’t friendly or accommodating. AC took hours to cool down the room on a cool day. No breakfast included even though I put that in my filters for a stay. Pretty but would never recommend
