It was very clean, and there were options to eat from the different restaurants. The food was good. The staff was friendly, and when I had an issue with my sink, they came right away. The location was close to a flag football tournament my daughter was in.

The good: The hotel was clean and the lady at the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was quiet, despite being there on a busy Saturday night. Parking was convenient and plentiful even as we arrived at nearly 7pm. The not as good: My only real complaint is that the coffee shop was lacking. The espresso machine was broken. So, my cafe au lait was really just drip coffee with cold milk, resulting in mediocre luke warm coffee.. The good definitely outweighs the bad! I’ll definitely stay again!

The room was very spacious and nice, perfect location for our needs. The only problem we found we had no cold water in the bath sink. I reported that to the front desk approx. 6:30 a.m. saying we would be out all day into the evening. Upon returning at 9 p.m. we discovered there was no cold water for the shower as well, and sink had not been fixed either.

Nice looks but certainly not comfortable

Check-in was quick & smooth. Our room was not in the greatest condition. The hallway smelled of marijuana every time we left our room, the bathroom floor was sticky & there was a pile of dirty towels in the closet. The thermostat showed to be set at 65, however, it never got below 71. Hot, miserable sleep. The shower was extremely hot, there was no cold water whatsoever. No matter much adjusting we did, it only went feom hot to hotter. The front desk was made aware of the dirty towels on our way out to dinner but they were still there when we returned. The in room safe was also not accessible as it was locked before we arrived & nobody came to open it as requested. Needless to say, it was a one & done for us.

Not what it use to be!

I’ve stayed here many times and it’s just really starting to show its age. Fixtures are broken, shower doesn’t work correctly, whole floor I was on smelled like marijuana so bad I couldn’t sleep. The air conditioner would intermittently work and when it did sounded like something was stuck inside of it. I stay here usually 1-2x a month and this has been my experience for the last 3-4 stays.

There was loud maintenance being done at 7am (drill and hammer sounds). The check in employee wasn’t the friendliest, but the morning staff was great. Awesome pastries at the cafe booth though

AC didn’t work or kick on the whole time in our room. After showering the 1st night the water heater or something in the room made some god awful noises for the next 4 hours till we left, maintenance supposedly came and fixed it but we had to make sure we showered before leaving the room and not before bed because of the noise.

KC trip to see family

Hotel was very nice. Shower was huge! Didn’t get the room serviced while we were there despite putting the light on. Really the only complaint. It was nice having the casino even though we weren’t there to gamble. Would definitely stay again!

All in all, our experience was okay. You could hear what people were doing at pretty much all hours of the day and night. Also, some kid decided to run through the hall and knock very loudly on every door at 4am. Not the best. Obviously not the hotel’s fault, just not great. Probably the best part of the room was the shower. A , no notes there. It was also my first time experiencing a casino, but it was pretty on par with what I expected. Really enjoyed 99 Hops though. Food was alright, beers were great, staff was so awesome. The steakhouse left much to be desired. I wish they would’ve provided a lot more context of the food we got because what I was served is not what I was expecting. The front desk staff was so nice and accommodating though! For as high of reviews there are for this place, I was expecting a really outstanding experience. Kind of disappointing it didn’t match that.
