We always stay here when we go to MLB games just across the street from Kauffman Stadiums. Good free breakfasts, nice staff, responsive. Allows small pets. Easy to get to and priced right!

Great location when visiting Kaufman Stadium. AC could have worked better but overall nice place at a good value with very nice staff. Did have a tv issue and a nice man arrived two minutes after I called and had it fixed in another two minutes.

The television entertainment options were extremely limited, only 5 or 6 channels and nothing I normally watch. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best. Kept disconnecting about every 10 minutes and would not always reconnect right away.

The room smelled of smoke (or something) and the air conditioner wouldn’t cool the room. The breakfast was far from good and there wasn’t any coffee available at 8:30 in the morning. The staff was all pleasant just overwhelmed (so not their fault completely). I would recommend more staff for the morning rush especially when trying to accommodate the guests. It was just ok.

The staff was very nice and helpful, but I can’t recommend this place, mostly because in this day and age, not having any cable channels is a deal killer. No ESPN, no TNT, no cable news of any sort. Maybe they could invest in a better TV package.

Stayed here for a Royals game. Room was clean and comfy. There were some louder guests on the floor, but we expected that. The halls smelled a little weird but once in the room you it was fine. Would stay again.

Suspicious

This place is rundown and has shady people around. When we go to the hotel the parking area seemed abandoned. There were a few people around that seemed drugged. The cops pulled up in the front because someone had a gun. Our room had no hand soap, breakfast included were frozen sausage breakfast and pb&j sandwiches. Don’t let the photos fool you. It’s nothing like the photos. Did not feel safe.

The remote, WiFi, and A/C did not work. The phone didn't work to dial out or call the front desk. There was no cable and for amount charged there should have been. I had to ask toilet paper and there were no more tissue boxes to issue after blowing my nose a few times.
