Independence Hotels with Parking

Great restaurant.

Breakfast was great.

While the property is nice, they should not advertise there is a complimentary local shuttle. We were counting on a shuttle to a concert at T Mobile center. I am handicapped and can not walk that far. This is the second time I have booked this property only to find out there was no shuttle available again. I think I’ve learned my lesson!

They staff was amazing. The pool looked like it could use some touch ups but the lifeguards were on top of their game. You could tell they all took their job seriously

My stay at Birch Hill Suites in Independence, MO was extremely stressful and disappointing. While the room itself was acceptable at first glance, the overall experience raised serious safety concerns. There was an unauthorized individual in my room, and although staff eventually intervened, the situation was not handled with urgency. To make matters worse, shortly after this incident, I discovered that three of my tires had been flattened in the parking lot. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I received little to no assistance or support. The parking area did not feel secure, and the lack of responsiveness from staff during such a serious situation was concerning. Air conditioning and basic room features were functional, but none of that outweighs the safety issues I experienced. I would strongly caution others to consider safety and security before booking here.
