Only hotel I have stayed where you could not split the bill. Was told I could by another staff member and I could do that at check out. Only to check out to no can’t do that except by manager who was not there??? The back door was open around the clock. When I told the desk staff the reply was yes we know reported it 2-3 days ago and don’t know when it will be fixed. Concerning that anyone could walk in Location was great. Loved the sign in elevator that yes it creaks loudly and has been inspected it acts like Patrick Mahomes in The 4th quarter

This was a handicap room. The chair in the shower was dirty. The room had several holes in the walls that had started to be patched. The air conditioning did not work. I had added my son as the person checking in. It was extremely difficult to get him access without being there. I would appreciate a refund

Breakfast was good and my overall experience was excellent. The staff were amazing and very helpful. My only complaint was the sliding barn door for the bathroom. The handle they have is hard to get a grip on to open it back up after it’s closed.
