We think there was bed bug in one of the rooms we sprayed both room, switched from room 122 to room 107 because it was a handicap room. My wife got bitten by something and bathroom towels where dingy. Need to clean towels better and rooms.

Very friendly staff, easy check in and check out, clean, cute holiday decor, and breakfast. Only complaint is the barn door on the restroom gives you no privacy it doesn’t shut all the way. Overall great stay and would return .

I booked a king suite for my parents. My mom is in a wheelchair so she needed the extra space. When they checked in, they told her that room was not handicap accessible (even though it stated it was when I booked it) so they switched them into a regular room with double queen beds claiming it was more handicap accessible. It was not. I am extremely disappointed in this service and will not book Best Western again due to the unreliability.

Only hotel I have stayed where you could not split the bill. Was told I could by another staff member and I could do that at check out. Only to check out to no can’t do that except by manager who was not there??? The back door was open around the clock. When I told the desk staff the reply was yes we know reported it 2-3 days ago and don’t know when it will be fixed. Concerning that anyone could walk in Location was great. Loved the sign in elevator that yes it creaks loudly and has been inspected it acts like Patrick Mahomes in The 4th quarter
