Tarrytown luxury accommodation

Room was lovely but my toilet was clogged from the outset. Yikes. It would flush but the tissue wouldn't go down. Eventually someone came to fix it but they didn't clean up behind their selves. The shuttle also had a cost when on the site it was supposed to be free.

Average to good overall But very confusing with different explanations from different employees about parking and breakfast onsite

The rooms were not cleaned well. Things were dusty. The bedding was also not changed. Lots of hair from whoever stayed previously. I had to ask for clean sheets, but when asked if I declined room service & had to tell them I just checked in I was only given a clean flat sheet.

Nice location right of the road but the hotel is under construction so no gym or pool

I liked that the wrist bands were good for enrty into room and all activities including charges to room . Was nice not to carry a room card or wallet
