I did not appreciate the fact that when I made my reservation with hotels.com I was given a total amount yet I was charged a “daily amenity fee” two days after checking out and was told that there was an amenity fee per day that was charged, which was not agreed-upon when I booked the hotel through hotels.com.

Hotel was clean, staff was amazing! The staff really went above and beyond to make guest feel welcome! 2 free drinks were offered during happy hour and even though it was busy the bar was quick and friendly. Great hotel option!!!

When we checked in they put us in a room that didn't have working heat, They then switched us to a room that was perfectly fine. The reason I am giving this hotel the Review that I'm giving it is because I was charged a $100 deposit upon check-in and the day after I checked out, I find a $116.48 charge on my card when I contact the hotel about it, they say that it's a smoking fee because I smoked in the room but i cant even smoke due to health issues. Then they tried to say that both rooms had been smoked in even the one that we spent less than 10 minutes in.
