We reached the hotel around 2 am on Saturday and found that the room was not cooling. When asked the front desk mentioned that the cooling is controlled by the wireless thermostat and so we set that to 69 to confirm that it was working. We found that the temperature was still around 74-75 after a few hours and so we informed the front desk around 2:30 pm Saturday. We were told that the repair guy had left and that the second guy would come in around 3 pm and that he will send this guy to our room to fix it. No one showed up until 3:30pm and so we again went to the front desk and there was a new rep at the desk and he said that no one had said anything to him. And he did come up to the room and checked and confirmed that the ac is not working but that there are no repair technicians available. We requested a room change and the response was that all the rooms were booked. The only offer was a couple of small fans which we agreed to and used that for the rest of the stay. The temperature in the room did not go below 75 but the circulation helped a little bit. We checked out Sunday morning 5 am and returned the fans and when asked about the a/c issue, we were told that we did not inform in time and so there is nothing that can be done. We did inform that we will take this up with Expedia as well as the credit card issuer since they reneged on the contract which clearly stated that the room had air conditioning. We request Expedia to address this at the earliest

Terribly outdated

The room was clean and beds were comfortable and there's plenty of parking. Those are the only positives. In our room, there was no microwave, no usb ports to charge electronics, the tv was connected via rgb cables, that should tell you how outdated it is. The TV only received a handful of channels and the picture was horrible. It was difficult to control the AC in the room too. It didnt want to stay on, no matter where we set the temp, so the room got hot. There is a hot breakfast in the morning that was ok. Finally, see the picture of the pool. We're taking this one off our list.

Great Service

This was an over night stop on our travels. I chose it because of the price and excellent reviews. The service was above and beyond what you expect with a late night check-in. Very personable but efficient. The interior is a bit dated but very clean. Parking was ample. There were some dark parts of the parking lot but the neighborhood felt very safe.
