Quiet clean and comfortable

Checkin, room comfort and quietness and breakfast was excellent. Our mother's handicap room had a phone that did not work which I feel was a safety issue for her. She cannot see well so we must check in on her.

I enjoyed the staff as they were very friendly and responsive. They had a nice breakfast and bar that was offered later in the day. The location is easy to access and I will stay there again during my travel in the area.

Excellent place to stay, very clean, all staff super polite and helpful. Only issue we had was that there are not always microwaves in the room and they did not have any to move to our room. Pretty odd thing to not have in this day and age. Everything outaide was very clean and maintained including the pool. We would stay here again.

We feel like we've discovered a hidden jewel in the Wyndham Garden Kansas City Airport! Our entire experience from check-in to check-out was smooth, easy, and positive. The hotel lobby is so nice and the staff are warm and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean with a great bed and view of the pool! The room climate control was easy to adjust and worked great throughout our stay. The pool is card-protected and we found it to be clean, at a pleasant temperature, and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. One especially remarkable aspect of our stay was our accessibility to the staff via text message after check-in. For example, while we were relaxing by the pool we noticed all the pool towels were gone. We sent a text to the number they provided and, within minutes, someone came out with a large cart to collect used towels and restock the clean towel cabinet. Such great service! We have already booked a return visit and can't wait to go back to this hotel!

Rundown and dirty

The carpet was stained and very dirty. The bathroom has visible mold and rust on the edges and fixtures. The tv was very out of date and had a fuzzy picture. You were not able to use streaming services on the tv. The view from the window was an enclosed roof area with trash (cardboard boxes) and satélites. The only positive was that the air conditioning was cool and kept the room a nice temp.
