L'appartement est très bien situé dans Concarneau. Tout est accessible à pour pieds (plage, GR34, ville close, marché couvert, supérette, bateau pour les Glénan). C'est pas le plus beau bâtiment de Concarneau mais l'appartement est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé et propre.L'arrivée et le départ se font avec une système de conciergerie avec qui la communication s'est très bien passée.Bref, une très bonne expérience.

Nous étions en vacances avec notre petit fils de 4 ans. Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans le centre ville de Concarneau. Il est possible de laisser la voiture au parking durant le séjour et de faire tout à pied, de prendre le bus pour aller dans les environs. La plage est à 300 mètres à pied.Il ne manque rien dans l’appartement ! Les couchages sont bons. Les pièces ont de belles surfaces.Nous remercions Frédérique pour son accueil chaleureux et ses recommandations.Au plaisir !

Franchement beau logement, propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut (même plus encore). Juste un bémol sur le départ, nous avons senti qu'il fallait partir rapidement du logement..
