Area was convenient and it was easy to take public transportation to get around. Room was a good size and AC was really nice to have. It left a little bit to be desired in terms of cleanliness but overall it was a good last minute stay. Host is super communicative and friendly :)

The location was exactly what we needed. If you need to walk anywhere on The Ohio State campus, this is the place to stay. Our room was clean, well furnished, and as quiet as to be expected. Parking was a little tough because of game week, but our host was great at offering parking options which we really appreciated. Tom was super responsive to all of my questions, which was also very much appreciated. Took all of my stress away.

Overall everything was fine once I got to the apartment. The steps going in had an overwhelming smell of urine that was gag inducing. Really made everything feel less clean.

The location was perfect. Communication was confusing. I was told in an email if I lost the parking pass I would be charged, arrived and found the parking pass right away. But I emailed to ask where to use it and was told it was a mistake that it was left and it was invalid? And for checkout I was told to put dishes in the dishwasher and start it. But the unit didn’t have a dishwasher. The TV was more up-to-date than the pictures made it look. But the bed was less than comfortable. There was also often people sleeping outside the building near the entrance. The communal hallway was also heavily scented of mothballs.
