I like to stay here because it has a Jacuzzi tub inside the room. It's nice that it's within walking distance to fabulous entertainment.

When we arrived, the hallway on the 5th floor smelled awful and it remained throughout our stay. We were out of shampoo and body wash upon arrival, however staff did bring some to our room shortly after our request. The bathroom was not clean. We also had to request additional toilet paper. We could also hear everything in the next room. The location was great though, in walking distance to most desired locations.

Room Was Convenient

Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland is very convenient. It is a really short walk to all things cool in downtown Cleveland. The Valet staff were pleasant and helpful with an ease of use. The room was okay, but the toilet was extremely small, like a toilet for a child's daycare. It was also loose and not secured to the floor. It was really uncomfortable. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet for being downtown.

Love the historic building, but not enough staff on duty to maintain valet parking services - which are critical here since there is no parking nearby. Plan ahead if you need your vehicle! The breakfast service was well done, the hotel employee greeted each guest warmly and the area was clean.

Rooms are not carpeted. Shower is on a very high setting and no way to change. Breakfast facilities were bad, soup bowls were provided for coffee cups, no proper toaster for breads - toaster small for size of the bread loaf. Person working there seems to do me a favor for providing breakfast. We ate only breakfast one day out of 3 as we chose to eat out. Pls don’t stay here unless it’s an event and you don’t have a choice.

Pas parfait mais je recommande

La chambre était immense avec plafond très haut. C'est un vieil hôtel avec plancher bois-franc dans la chambre. Propre, lit relativement confortable. Odeur de cannabis dans le couloir à l'occasion qui viendrait des appartements adjacents à l'hôtel. Un ascenceur brisé et délais pouvant être long car très petits ascenceurs. Pratiquement rien pour le déjeuner du samedi car un groupe s'était empiffré et avait fait du gaspille dans les jours avant. La préposée au déjeuner était découragée et s'excusait. Le dimanche matin c'était mieux. Bien situé. Valet parking dispendieux mais vaut la peine si vous ne voulez pas vous préoccuper du statonnement. Distance de marche du R&R Hall of Fame et des stades baseball et soccer. Je recommande et y retournerait même si pas un séjour parfait. Je recommande aussi le restaurant House of Creole qui est l'autre côté de la rue.
