Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Nice amenities. Turn down those fridges, though. My family and i stayed in 4 rooms. Some of our foods froze solid! Pleasant atmosphere. Great service.

It’s an old motel desperately in need of renovation. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable but the carpet looked soiled and dirty. The fan and the light in the bathroom had only one switch to turn on with a very noisy fan.

The clerk Patti was very friendly and helpful fixing both our TV's so they would work even as she was getting off work. the chairs for the table were missing the bottoms so they really screeched every time you moved them. They need new bottoms.

For an old motel its not as dumpy as youd expect. Its clean for the most part. The people above us were increibly loud and anyone in the hallways. This is a bit of a party town so don't expect quiet hours. . Staff were quick and friendly.

This property is fair, don’t go there for the pool or hot tub. Both did not seem clean. Also view from pool was a garage next door full of crap (very unattractive). No elevator which was not ideal for the elderly. Room smelled awful upon arrival but clean. We went and bought room freshener at Walmart for both the bathroom and main room. Lastly, as we were leaving and checking for our belongings, we noticed “rat trap” under bed. Thankfully nothing in it. The positives are minimal but do need to mention that staff attentive to our needs. We were having trouble with out TV getting online and they fixed it the next morning without any hassle. We arrived late in the day and they did try right away but needed maintenance, which had already left. Overall, the price was definitely not worth it. This is definitely a motel and not a hotel!

DO NOT under any circumstances stay at this property. this has been the worst night i have ever spent at a motel. for starters, the price we were charged ($215) for one night Sun-Mon (for a motel!) was fine as long as the appliances worked as advertised when we went back at 7:30 to watch our movie and go to sleep by 10:30. the following happened over the course of 8:00-9:30 from the owner of the motel to the insult of our intelligence. the tv did not in fact, work as advertised-> it was an LG smart TV without an LG remote. i went down to reception to get one, with the receptionist saying that some of the TVs don't connect to internet, but don't worry because mine wasn't one of them. i was sent back with an LG remote, to find that the TV didn't connect to the internet. i went back to reception, who said that they would put a new TV in, when we could clearly see there was no vacancy in the motel. unsurprisingly, there are no spare tvs. we then proceed to wait 15 minutes for them to come back and say that they would get an HDMI cable for us from walmart, but unfortunately walmart is closed (it's open). so they'll again try and switch out the tv from the nonexistent vacant rooms. 20 minutes later, they say they will go to walmart to get a cable that i wish i had either gotten an hour and a half earlier or was told that they had no vacancy and therefore didn't have any extra tvs they could swap ours out with so we could just watch on our laptop without wasting the 2 hours.

Sleepless in Chelan

This is mixed. Delightful knotty pine throughout. Newly remodeled with nice fixtures. Very clean, excellent staff. Bathroom was nicely redone. Kitchen - all new things. The refrigerator leaked and in spite of being new made ticking noise throughout the nights and days. Staff could not fix. Management denied. Previously had a kitchen living room and a separate bedroom. They put a bed in the "front room" and new AC. Got rid of couch and perhaps chair. Good trade. Could not get the bedroom cool and with the noisy frig could not sleep. Staff gave us a fan the second night. They need to fix or replace frig and figure out how to adequately cool the place. With that done, I would stay again, but not as is. Not recommended at this point.
