My overall experience, was exceptional. The property was at a great location. Not to far from all of the museums and attractions. The hotel room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. can't wait to come back, I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. Will do next time.

The staff was not professional at all elevator went down and guest were not notified. Upon check in called and was told there was early check in so I arrived at the property early only to be told that there was not and had to wait 3 hours to be checked in. Even with the do not disturb sign on the door maids still entered the room. Upon check out front desk clerk was very unprofessional was on the phone having a personal conversation didn't even acknowledge me checking out I feel for the money I paid to stay the service should have been way better. Had to go up the service elevator and walked through the kitchen it was a mess the floor was horrible. Will not stay at this hotel in the future.

The location wasn't very good. The neighborhood had a lot of homeless people panhadling and abandoned buildings. The included breakfast buffet was a nice extra but there wasn't a huge selection of food and toward the end of the breakfast it could be hard to find an available table. There was plenty of outside parking and public transportation was available and convenient. The Staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel was well maintained.
