Well- this was my 3rd time staying here in the last several years- All was good- except there were workers right outside my room making a lot of noise from 9am- 1130am. Apparently they were breaking up the tile in the room that used to have an ice machine The banging was super loud and the 2 men were talking very loudly as well. Could barely hear myself think- let alone sleep in I was going to complain at the front desk on my way out- but it was raining and I just wanted to get home

I recently stayed at Harborside and, while I have had excellent service in the past, I was disappointed with the dining experience during my recent visit for Mother's Day. There was no clear communication that the restaurant would not be serving guests during brunch hours unless they had a reservation. Many guests, myself included, were unaware of this and left without dining options. After the brunch, we were told that dining would resume at various times—first at 3:00 PM, then 4:00 PM, then again at 6:00 PM—only to find that food service remained unavailable. I understand that this annual event is important for the hotel, and I respect the need for staff to take breaks. However, better planning and communication would have prevented this frustrating situation. Guests should be informed ahead of time about changes to dining availability, allowing them to make alternate arrangements. Additionally, the response from management felt dismissive rather than accommodating, which further added to the disappointment. I believe this situation could have been handled more effectively, and I hope that future Mother's Day events include clearer communication and contingency plans for all guests. I appreciate your time and would welcome any feedback on how this concern will be addressed moving forward. Sincerely, LaVonda

The only pleasant experience was at check in. We were checked in by the front desk supervisor, she was professional and hospitable. However, the agreement requiring signatures to not smoke and party was a sign. There are reminder signs posted throughout the facility to be quiet and respect other guests during specific hours. During our stay guests were up all through the night and early morning slamming doors, yelling, and “partying”. The agreement and reminder notices made sense after that experience. We were fooled by all the positive reviews. Another incredulous experience, I stood in front of 2 unprofessional clerks for assistance, and was completely ignored. They never made eye contact and carried on a conversation with one another despite knowing I was waiting not 2 feet from their faces. I was shocked, but understood the intent. They made me feel unwelcomed and wanted make sure I felt it. I did…we will not return.

Went here to visit museums in DC... Was pleasantly surprised with the complimentary shuttle to the MGM annnndd I was walking distance to Top Golf!!! The lobby of the hotel looks like you're walking into a resort! Beautiful, clean, professional staff and free onsite parking!! This hotel is a WIN in every way! Will definitely stay again!
