Never staying here again. I checked in went to my room and had no power what so ever. How can they not notice that no power was in the room and hot like a sauna before giving it to me. Also the elevator stopped working I've never stayed in such a bad hotel

Power went off completely in room twice, it was also boiling hot which made me wonder when they cleaned if they even cleaned how did didn’t notice nothing worked, an elevator stopped working, the “restaurant” looked like a nursing home, the hotel inside is completely out dated and needs major renovations. I would not stay here ever again. The only positive thing was the staff was very kind.

This property was easily walkable to many of the sites, including the White House. Otherwise, it was a short Uber ride to our destination of choice. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe which is always a concern in a big city. All the staffing encountered were friendly. The room was clean and I especially liked the large vanity area. The pool was very pretty as well. The garage parking on site was convenient. I would stay here again.

The pool was very nice and the bar/restaurant had really good food and drink options and great service. The staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. The bed pillows are a little thin so bring a pillow if that bothers you. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance and uber/lyft were easy and fast to order to the hotel.

Ms. Wilson at the front desk was phenomenal. Her knowledge and attentiveness wss outstanding . The room was clean and well stocked but taking a shower was like taking a bath. The tub drained so slowly it was not a pleasant experience . There was also noise, excessive noise akin to loud music in a club. Not sure where it was coming from but it did interupt my sleep

hotel is in a great location close to everything downtown. The pool and pool bar/food is wonderful and really the only thing we enjoyed about this stay. The food on the menu is very delicious and the waitstaff is very attentive. The hotel itself is very outdated and cheesy. Rooms are in dire need of a major upgrade as well as amenities and lobby etc. Parking is tough even in the parking deck and is expensive but standard for the area.

The accommodations were good. Pool was good. Food menu wasn’t the best. Drink order was messed up and the bar didn’t remake the drink just added more alcohol to it.
