I was put on 2nd floor, directly above entrance door. This hotel has night club. 11:15 pm it was so loud outside it sounded like people were in my room. Called front desk and told they weren’t responsible for outside people. No but they were responsible for comfort of guests. In morning aske to switch. I was told I would have to wait until 4pm for decision. At 4 was told to go my room and they would come up with a new room key and a dolly to move luggage.I waited 1 hour and called twice. Finally a guy came up with a key and no dolly. I had to lug 3 suitcase up 3 floors. I was in tears. Next room was smaller but not over entrance. Horrible service

The room i had was very small. No dresser. An end table instead of a desk. There was no place to put clothes besides the amoire or just to place items down. Besides that the parking is in a garage across the street. $25 per day with in/out privileges (12am curfew however!) if you have your room key scanned for access. Great area, lots in walking distance.
