This place is terrible. The non-smoking room smells like cigarette so bad we were gagging in it. The floors were greasy, uneven and ruined, the deadbolt for the room didn’t work! So we had a poorly added chain lock for our room. There were drug addicts running around the hall, the walls of the room were full of holes and horribly done patches. The bed was literal springs, the pillows were flat beyond belief. The pool and hot tub were out of order. They don’t give you soaps for the shower. The bathroom sink was dirty and broken. We didn’t even bother trying the shower. The AC unit created humidity all night and this clanking noise that wouldn’t stop. Dogs were barking and scratching at doors. We were never given the Wi-Fi password or told when breakfast would be or how to use any facilities. We felt unsafe here. If it wasn’t after midnight, and we didn’t drive 9 hours, we would have left IMMEDIATELY.

This place seriously needs to be inspected. I travel for work and stay at low tier hotels weekly, this one is not just bad it’s terrible, mice in the rooms, stench is awful, garbage in hallways. Mold on walls, noisy all night. I stayed here one night and you would genuinely have to pay me to sleep here again. STATE OF ILLINOIS GO INSPECT THIS PLACE.

Smelled like a tobacco bar

Got a non smoking room due to being on oxygen. Non cancel . Get there and the lobby smells strongly of smoke and the hallway from hell to the room was very much worse. The room was non smoking but you could smell the smoke from the hallway in it. Got there around 4:30 or so to check in and room was not cleaned yet so we left for a while and came back at 7:00 and the floors had puddles of water on them where they had just finished cleaning.

The whole place needs an update. The rooms were extremely musty, the floor in one of the room had a whole when you stepped on it you sank down. Paint was on the carpet. There was no vending machines. The location was convenient for us.

It was okay hotels that are flooding all down on the first floor had to turn off all air conditioning to the hotel first night I got in there had a room that had no air in it until 3:00 a.m. when they switched me second night front of bed bug on my bed third day got a case of not paying for the last two nights even though I did and fourth day price went up

For one there was a bed bug in our room that I had to put in a container I got to show the front desk first secondly when I first get there no air conditioning in my room so 3:00 a.m. they finally decide to move me to a room up the hall when I get into that room I found a bed bug and then I go down to the pool to start swimming and it starts flooding because of the rain and they had to shut off all the breakers and everything else like that cuz the hotel was flooding I was wondering if I can get a refund on my stay for the last 3 days there cuz it's been nothing but horrible from the 5th to the 7th

Nothing was clean either in the room or the hallways, the sofas inside the rooms and the sheets. Bathroom was falling apart. Roaches were almost everywhere.

Don't not stay here!!! This property is truly unclean, no maintenance done on it and very dodgy people in the corridors. One lady looked like she was a crack head. Our room smelt of urine. Mould on all the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. No cover on the ironing board, carpet sticky and filthy. Curtains hung off the rail. Corridors smelt strongly of marijuana. Needless to said we checked out as fast as we checked in. We reported this to Expedia and received a full refund
