Room is spacious, new and very clean, great staffs including reception, bell boy and cleaning staff. So many activities every day, Luxury with reasonable price, market inside resort is good for us, the El Cafe has great breakfast pastries and delicious gelato

All the staff were professional and great to deal with. Food was amazing - we especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Drinks were very good and all the bartenders were quick and knowledgeable. We had a small wedding there and they did a great job on everything, including a wonderful ceremony with perfect weather on the beach. Thanks to Diana, Diego, the DJ, and everyone else who was involved! Our flight was delayed a few hours and they allowed us to check out of our rooms but keep our bracelets for some food and drinks while we waited on our rescheduled transportation to the airport. There were a few small children in our group so this was very appreciated as they would have had trouble sitting at the airport for 6+ hours if we had to leave right away.
