Lack of attentiveness when their water pipes broke in the ceilings leaking on our bed, there were two ceiling lights that were leaking water. They said I would need to pay to be moved & told me I had to wait for a room. They did not connect old room with new room in their system, their application was not accessible to me. Example: ordered room service, I had to call lobby to let them know the correct room the food needed to be delivered too. This was such a bad experience.

The staff on the property were very friendly however, the food got me sick and my wife. The last two days we were both extremely sick and confined to our room or experience with the food/food poisoning.

Potential to be a great resort but fell short

The checkin process did not go well. All of our wristbands did not match the person. Only 1 of our 2 rooms were ready at checkin. Once we unpacked we experienced cockroaches during the night and our sheets were dirty. We asked to change the next morning and it took almost a whole other day to get moved. Once we got into that room we had no hot water among other issues.

This is a beautiful property in a stunning location. The gym was first-rate and extremely clean; the pool areas were well-kept. It would have been nice to have some low-key evening entertainment--say, a guitarist or a singer. All-in-all this was a lovely spot for our vacation!
