Horrible entrance as you walk in to the hotel because it’s open and the air conditioning doesn’t work.. it was too hot,, room distances to the restaurant are a far walk and the elevator is ugly and small.. Needs renovation for sure. The pool furniture is really ugly brown and ridiculous throw covers that colour green and blue.. beach towels are ugly teal colour. Very poor aesthetic over all. Staff take forever to bring room service and left dirty dishes outside people room for hours.

We are happy with our stay as a large group of 58 people. Great restaurants with different options from French, Indian, Asian, Italy, Mexican.. the buffet is also good. Drinks are good, alcohol, mocktail drinks, coffee, smoothies.. The room is decent and roomy. The all inclusive package price is a good deal.

I thought the beds were comfortable, and the food was decent in terms of variety. However, dietary restrictions were difficult to meet. Serving staff was limited, so there would often be long wait for any sort of order or to get drinks or to get anything. Worst part was, at an all inclusive resort, if you run out of food, defeats the purpose. Multiple times they ran out of food even in the kids activities. Mahika restaurant chef was good.

This is a great all-inclusive with eight restaurants or so they’re all very good views are incredible. The pool and entertainment is great but most importantly the staff at the hotel makes this hotel what it is they cater to you with great hospitality and they do it all from the heart make sure to bring cash and tip them at the pool because it’s only fair with the service that you are getting.

Our Butler Trinidad was excellent. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. I did like all of the restaurants that they had on site and all the cool events. They had a foam party, wine and art, tequila testings and a lot of other events to make sure you are having fun on your vacation. This is also a family friendly hotel. Great place to bring your kids, they have a lot of events, waterpark and a kids club for the kids. The only downside is that you cannot enter the beach. Even though the beach is onsite, the waves were too dangerous. You would have to take a cab to go to a beach. Overall, excellent place to stay for families or a couple that was a baecation.
