The room was great, had a nice view of the ocean with a swim up pool. The staff was nice just had a hard time understanding at some points when we ordered room service. The food was ok. Nothing to impressive about it. We did the buffet a few times and the food looked old, and it was luke warm at best. Overall, our stay was good.

Room was excellent! Stayed in the junior suite with the swim up pool and would highly recommend! Housekeeping staff kept the room so clean every day. So awesome! Staff was very attentive and always super friendly. Drinks and food were good, good night life, pool was awesome!

Rooms are a little dated (& quite dark) but spotlessly clean. The whole resort is noticeably very clean and well kept! Service is outstanding. Food was mid, even with the Club level upgrade.

Room was great and everything works and is clean. Cleaning staff and room service was responsive, all staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. Food quality overall is excellent, and the buffet always featured a good amount of healthy options as well. It's predominantly good, real food, with only one poolside bar serving american junk food. The e-boys / activity leaders really made our stay memorable, and our favorite guys were Francisco, Axel, Ivan, and Miguel.

Secrets Los Cabos is a beautiful resort with a fantastic atmosphere. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, the cocktails are excellent, and overall the service makes you feel well taken care of. The real highlight was the sunset from our room balcony, absolutely magical and unforgettable. That said, the food was hit or miss. While some options were fine, the Japanese restaurant was underwhelming, especially considering the expectations. The evening show was also very overrated and not worth the advance booking they require, it didn’t live up to the hype. Overall, it’s a great resort for relaxation, views, and drinks, with amazing staff, but with room for improvement when it comes to dining and entertainment.
