Las Marinas penthouse is a 60m2 apartment located on the third and last floor of a renovated building with an elevator. It has two bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the living room, which gives it a capacity for up to 5 people.
Very close to the Alameda Apodaca, the Baluarte de la Candelaria, the Genovés Park and other points of interest in the city. Ideal for going for a walk and enjoying the surroundings.
The first bedroom has a 150x190cm bed and the second has a 135x190cm bed, as well as storage space. Next to the bedrooms we find a complete bathroom with a bathtub.
For the comfort of our guests, we have a parking space in the same building where the apartment is located, included in the price of the reservation.
Its location next to the axis of the Mentidero neighborhood, and its famous square, will allow you to discover its most unique restaurants and shops. In addition, in about 12 minutes walk you can enjoy a day at the beach in La Caleta.
According to Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Homes for Tourist Purposes, it will be mandatory to sign a rental contract for the stay and present an identity document or passport upon arrival.
In these accommodations, COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES typical of the hotel industry are OFFERED: cleaning during the stay, periodic change of bedding, personalized attention during the stay, reception and permanent attention, custody of luggage, help in hiring reservations for tourist experiences.
