Hotel was old and they had leaks. It was pouring rain and the entry vestibule had an inch of water that you walked into room. The heater kept going off and tv did not work. We asked for extra towels and were told no only one per customer and I might add they were small towels. Receptionist was good and very helpful and told us they were planning on remodelling next year. For the price quoted it was too much. Also we only stayed one night due to problems. We moved to a Radissonn property and it was 100% better

The service was superb but the infrastructure, electrical plugs and maintenance was poor, though everything work well and I will not book this location again. Customer service was excellent though.

Definitely worth the price

Definitely worth the price! The lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic, but that’s all I wanted. Very good deal!

Very disappointing

We arrive at 2am. The night reception man was very unfriendly. The room had no curtains only sheer covering so we had to use the metal security shutters for privacy. The interior was extremely tired to say the least. Thankfully we only stayed one night. The only plus side was the lady daytime receptionist who was very helpful and told us how to get to Brussels on public transport.

This can't be called hotel!!!!! Horrible

What a horrible experience!! Stay as far away as possible! Rooms look horrible, they are not clean, furniture is old and towels are cheap and dirty, I had to skip shower. On top of that, they could not give me an iron and ironing board, telling me I am the first one to ask for this... And all of this when I paid £170 for one night. Asking for a refund!!

Michelin Star for the food, Hotel is for Bus Tours

This is more for Groups on a Bus Tour who need to stop for the night, not for Business Travellers. Saying that the food is amazing, home cooked food with a special set menu every evening. I would almost suggest a Michelin Star for the food

Basic Hotel

Very very basic! No fans, no AC, no fridges everything i asked I was told NO! Good if you are planning on staying for a night or so as its close to the airport. Would not stay there again to be completely honest. Sorry!

Early flight out, and breakfast wasn't open. To serve people near an international airport you need to know flights are very early and very late. the heater had been left on #7 so it was an oven when we got there. The instructions for the bathroom heater were in the dark and the switch was where the light usually is. The bedding smelled musty and no place for a suitcase. It is near an airport, people will have suitcases.
