4 stars for the specific categories you asked about, but 5 stars overall because we just really enjoyed being there. Not perfect but so much fun! In particular, re table service in the restaurant, the individual servers were great but the system needs to be improved. We didn't know if we were supposed to get full service or order at the counter and carry out items to our table, so it was awkward. A small matter in an otherwise delightful stay.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a truly wonderful stay at the Silverado Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the hotel's immaculate condition. Our room was not only extremely clean but also beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat after our days out. The convenience of the Silverado's location was a huge plus, allowing us easy access to everything we wanted to see and do without any hassle. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our visit. Every detail seemed to be thought of, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable experience. We truly cherished our time there and were quite sad to leave. Without a doubt, we would enthusiastically choose to stay at the Silverado Hotel again in the future!

Lots of amenities. Plenty of room in the room itself as well as common spaces.

The staff at this boutique hotel is amazing. The hospitality was outstanding and the room was a perfect size. I highly recommend travelers to stay at SENZA hotel. We will be back.

The King Bed Patio Suite was very special. Love all the special touches from the coffee maker, fire pit, wine fridge and luxe bathroom. A must stay when visiting Napa.
