Room and bathroom were a generous size, room was clean. I would for sure stay here again. Close to Sonoma airport, and centrally located downtown Santa Rosa and restaurants in Sonoma and Napa.

The room was pretty clean, asked for a ground floor away from stairs and ice machines and linen closets etc and that’s exactly what I got. I have a head injury and have vertigo and a vestibular disorder so my balance is really off and since I have issues with balance and walking, it makes my hips hurt too which is why I asked for a ground floor to avoid stairs. I got a room upstairs, above an ice machine and next to a linen closet, so with that being said, I heard people walking up and down the stairs, my hips hurt from walking up and down the stairs to bring bags to and from the room, we had to walk allllll the way to the other side of the property for breakfast and back so our stay wasn’t as enjoyable as I would have hoped. I was too tired after the drive from Elk Grove to Santa Rosa for a husband and wife getaway without the kids and then to bringing all the bags and stuff to the room to go down and complain or get moved lower and have to move stuff again. It’s life I guess.

The jacuzzi and pool are open year around. Nice lounge created for breakfast and they have a bar. Also have fridge in main lobby with beer for sell. Breakfast consist of various types of eggs, potato’s and sausage as well as fruit and cereal. Room was clean. I would stay again if in the area. Only negative comment is against EXPEDIA. The website does not allow for same day reservations when using gift card as payment. I had a GLOBAL HOTEL gist card and could not use it to make same day reservation on EXPEDIA website. I called customer service for assistance and they gave me 2 different phone numbers to call for assistance. Both of the phone numbers were not working number. I ended up just paying for the room with my credit card in order to have same reservation

For the price, it was a good deal. The room and bathroom were very clean, sheets clean and fresh, comfortable bed. Nice amenities like bath products, refrigerator, microwave, etc. The breakfast was nice to have as well with hot eggs, sausage, potatoes, toasters and tea/coffee. The location, right off the freeway, was also helpful.
