Located on the twelfth floor, it offers great brightness and partial views of the sea and mountain from its 2 m² terrace 🌊🌄.



Direct access to the beach is from the urbanisation, connecting with the seafront promenade in a few metres and allowing you to enjoy wide fine sand beaches. In addition, you will have restaurants, public transport, municipal parks and supermarkets at hand, all within a few minutes' walk 🚶‍♂️🍽️🛍️.



The studio has an American kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, ideal for preparing your favourite meals. The rest area includes a double bed integrated into a practical piece of furniture that is easily assembled, and a sofa to relax while watching television 📺.



Moreover, it has air conditioning, individual gas heating, washing machine, iron and WiFi internet access so that your stay is comfortable and connected. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray and all the necessary details for your comfort 🚿❄️.
