Nice but poor service

Room was great but had only decaf coffee. Casino not as tight as other reviews stated. Didn't win but could play for several hours without losing much. The biggest issue was in the Asian restaurant. I was eating and I bit down on something that felt hard and weird. It was a hard metal staple of some kind. They did offer to replace the entree and they did but didn't seem as concerned as I would have liked. They comped us 1 entree only. Most of the hotel staff in general were kinda of indifferent and seemed defensive and totally oblivious to what good customer service is supposed to be. The exception was the expreeso place. They were awesome.

Very nice hotel staff. We will never eat in the casino cafe or the Mexican restaurant again! Bad service, bad food! Also, not one server on the floor came around to ask if we wanted drinks or water and yes, We played the slots literally for hours! When i finally put on the service light, they told me they would hold my machine but wouldn't call for a server! Great customer service, NOT!!!

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The restaurants were good, and the casino had a lot of options. Would have been really nice to have a microwave in the rooms though.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We did have noisy neighbors, whom you could hear their whole conversation through the wall at 2am. Aside from that it was a very pleasant experience.
