Property has a lot of room and was especially good for preparations for wedding event. Yard is large as well. TV in every room but remotes not all working. There is room for small improvements but we were quite satisfied. We would recommend the unit to others.

The grass was not cut so was not able to venture outside to use the yard due to overgrown grass..contacted host..and he stated it would be cut the following day..however it wasn’t.. had made these reservations in April for my July visit…so felt this should have been taken care of especially checking in a week earlier to make sure that everything was in line for the visit…no washcloths available; tv remote was not working in order to view tv..

Georgia Spring Break Trip

We drove from Florida for Spring Break. The area is accessible to all places we wanted to go so that was good.Opened the door and house smelled weird. Floor was sticky in some areas and bathroom had hello stain that we were told later it was probably ammonia from the cleaners.I had to open all windows to air out the house learning that some windows didn’t have locks working on them. Drove to the nearest Dollar General to get some detergent to mop the floor and make it smell better.Ther than that, everything was better

Good in a pinch

This property met our needs when we needed to extend from hurricane evacuation. It’s a nice four bedroom (3 queens 1 king) two bath with a fenced in yard home. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 because of lack of description: 1 need to update and add more photos to the listing. It was as described but could use better photos 2 we were not given check in instructions until after 3 pm 3 we were not told until check in that pets needed to be in a crate when unsupervised but we didn’t bring any so one person had to say while we went out adding this to the description would help 4 needs to add the use of August app to the description so you could make sure is ready to go. I did have issues with the app and checking in thankfully we go it figured out All in all good in a pinch.
