The rooms were clean, well, maintained, and most importantly -- the air conditioning worked! The staff were the most gracious and friendly of any hotel we had in Vietnam. We were frequently greeted by name by the desk and restaurant staff, which was a very nice touch. The breakfast buffet was good. This was quite reasonably priced for what we got, and the location made it easy to get to anything.

The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful, nice and friendly. The breakfast is great and beyond our expectations. We love everything during our five days staying at this hotel!

The service here was top notched and everyone was very friendly. Even though our flight was delayed by one day due to rasaga typhoon in Hong Kong the hotel staff Jennie, was able to accommodate us and work with our new schedule. They also helped us plan our tour in ninh binh. The morning breakfast buffet was good as well. The location here is convenient for tour pick up and centrally located for food. We got the balcony room and it was a pleasant experience to be able to enjoy the view outside. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again in the future.

The hotel was very well located. The staff, especially Ms Anna were very helpful. Even provided me an early check in. All the old quarter sights were within walking distance.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Our Halong Bay tour was cancelled due to typhoon and they were able to fit us in for an extra night and linked us to great day tour to Ninh Binh. Great having a pool for kids to cool off in. Breakfast buffet excellent.
