Worst vacation rental in my experiences. Key code didn’t work, property manager had to unlock remotely, gave us a code for key box, nope wrong code too. Stained bath towels, that were damp and left in the dryer. (Come to find out dryer takes FOREVER to dry anything) only one kitchen towel, missing light bulbs in one bedroom, smoke alarm missing, basement apartment (we knew this) did not know you had to enter it through a garage. Floor was vinyl and felt like it was just laid over dirt. Property manager said that we switch to upstairs unit, had her in the phone while I checked it out, towels yes, but it was not completely clean, maids didn’t change any of the bedding. On the second morning came out to find the garbage cans overturned and looked like dogs or something went through it and spread it all over. My family stayed there two nights ( we booked 3) the property manager did refund one night stay which was okay because they didn’t even stay for the third night. The property manager was very apologetic and asked what they could do, they lived an 1 1/2 away from the rental property!!!! I would give this place a negative star rating if I could!! Stay far away from this place.
