Kitchen is well equipped including microwave, dishwasher, standard oven and hotplates, saucepans/ wok. The lounge with bay window has a flat screen HD TV with DVD player. Reading materials and DVD's are provided. Every room has wooden venetians together with outside awnings. RC Ducted air conditioning (additional fees may apply if left on if not occupied). Spacious bathroom, laundry with front load washing machine and dryer. 1 off street car park, small rear yard, situated in a quiet group of 6 units and a short walk to the butcher, service station, fruitier and bakery.
NOTE: this is a residential area and noise carries. Please be mindful of the neighbors, particularly at night or early mornings.
Power: An allowance of $25 per week is made for electricity. Any amount greater than this will be deducted from your $500 refundable bond (payable by credit card prior to entry).
Strictly NO PETS permitted due to Strata Regulations and guest allergies.
DIRECTIONS: coming from the city centre on King William Road heading north, this turns into O'Connell St which turns into Prospect Road. Richman Ave is the 5th Street on the right. Block of single storey units is on RHS. Prospect Place is the front left one. Enter from the back door where keysafe is located. Alternatively if you are coming from the North, travel towards Adelaide on Main North Road, turn right at Regency Road, then left onto Prospect Road, Richman Ave will be on your left.
